Return / Refund Policy:
Sightseeing & Kids' Cruises: Tickets purchased are non-refundable. Date & time of cruise can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
Fireworks Cruises:
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. In case town reschedules fireworks due to rain, tickets will be honored on alternate date scheduled by town. If unable to make alternate date, contact ticket office in advance to transfer tickets for Sightseeing or Kids' Cruise.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Recipients are responsible for any additional fare when using gift certificate purchased during a previous season.
Ticket Pick Up:
All tickets will be held for pick-up at the Old Forge Lake Cruises Ticket Booth, located adjacent to our docks on Old Forge Pond off State Route 28. Identification or a copy of your order confirmation e-mail is required to pick up tickets.
Gift Purchases:
Gift certificates will be mailed directly to the purchaser unless date specified is within 7 days of order receipt. If within seven days of scheduled cruise, gift certificate will be held in the Ticket Booth for pickup. Recipient's identification or a copy of the order confirmation email is required for pickup. If no date is specified in gift certificate order, it is the responsibility of the recipient to make any necessary reservations.
Recommended Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time to ensure ample time for parking, ticket pick up and boarding. Boats depart promptly at scheduled departure time.
Directions to Old Forge Lake Cruises:
From the NYS Thruway (90) take Exit 31 in Utica to State Route 12 North. Proceed for 30 minutes north to the junction of State Route 28 North. Proceed 30 minutes north to Old Forge. Old Forge Lake Cruises is located on State Route 28, just north of the Enchanted Forest/Water Safari and the Water's Edge Inn, on the right. For more information, click here
